C. McClure Headshot

Campbell McClure

Executive Director

Early on, I pursued a career in nursing because of my passion for healthcare.  I just never thought it would take me outside of the acute setting.  Although I was grateful for my opportunity to work with critical care patients, the relationships I can form with my residents are now, so much more personal.  Being able to greet them every morning, share meaningful moments, and positively influence their lives, is a gift I don’t take for granted.  Senior Living is a family bond and one I’m happy to be part of.

Family is who truly inspire me.  Everything I do is for them. My wife Veronica, our son Atlas, and our daughter Maeve are my motivation.  I take the same approach with my residents and feel that is how you create a loving atmosphere for them and a winning culture for those in our industry.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy exercising and spending time with my family.  Probably the most millennial thing I do is play video games every once in a while.

I want people to look back on my career and say I was a great leader who made people better.  Whether that was through education, motivation, or compassion, I simply want to be remembered for making a difference.  Accomplishments and accolades are important measures of success, but caring for others with a servant mentality is one I hope rubs off on those who follow in my footsteps.  I want my children to grow up understanding the value of things and that nothing in this world is owed. Work hard every day and be selfless.  Keep God and family first and the rest will work out.
